摘要: PURPOSE: To report the clinical features of strabismus associated with Graves' orbitopathy, and results surgery adjustable suture under drop anesthesia. METHODS: The charts 13 patients who had surgical treatment for related to orbitopathy at Hospital das Clinicas University Sao Paulo were retrospectively reviewed. Ocular motility, sensorial examination follow-up after correction studied. RESULTS: Preoperatively, most common type deviation was esotropia hypotropia. Adjustable recession done in nine a second occurred 3 patients. After least six months, 8 orthotropic or small phoria some degree binocular vision. CONCLUSION: In this study, 62% (8/13) showed hypotropia esotropia, probably because fibrotic restrictive muscles (medial inferior rectus). good postoperative alignment eyes performed. Adjustment anesthesia successful restoring vision minimum complications.
