摘要: Information and Communication Technologies are increasingly intertwined across the economies societies of developed countries. Protecting these technologies from cyber-threats requires collaborative relationships for exchanging cyber defense data an ability to establish trusted relationships. The fact that Systems (CIS) security1 is international issue increases complexity Cyber collaboration presents specific challenges since most entities would like share cyber-related but lack a successful model do so.
