摘要: Some optical properties for a novel ferroelectric and ferroelastic multiferroic material Tb2(MoO4)3 crystal have been studied. The transmission spectrum of reflects the band gap is about 3.76 eV large absorption peak at 486 nm observed. photoluminescence measured peaks 490 nm, 540 nm, 580 nm, 615 nm respectively are now These attributed to electronic transitions Tb3+ ions. strongest intensity excitated by light which mainly caused energy indicated in spectrum. Raman observed vibration modes corresponding phonon analyzed.
