Effect of air annealing on the structure, dielectric and magnetic properties of (Co, Ni) co-doped SnO2 nanoparticles

摘要: After our discovery of room temperature ferromagnetism in the (Co, Ni) co-doped SnO2 nanoparticles by co-precipitation method, we successfully annealed all diluted magnetic air at 800 °C. The effect annealing on dielectric and properties was investigated. as-synthesized were °C for 2 h an electric furnace. constant loss values samples decrease whereas, electrical conductivity value increased with increase Ni concentration. Room ferromagnetic behavior observed samples. Increasing content up to % leads beyond that decreased. A comparative study shows have excellent dielectric, higher than 600 °C, indicating these can be used high frequency devices, ultrahigh materials spintronics.
