摘要: In this Letter a packaged add-drop filter composed of silica microsphere resonator and two fiber tapers is demonstrated theoretically experimentally. A two-step fabrication process using an UV curable polymer shown to stabilize the with diameter 153µm coupled tapered microfibers diameters 1.5µm which are used as add drop ports. high loaded quality factor (Q-factor) 0.9 x 10^5 free spectral range (FSR) about 104pm obtained at around 1550nm from for parallel coupling fibers in configuration. This device has advantages, such ease fabrication, low-cost, compatibility traditional commercial systems.
