摘要: To improve the conditions for in vitro production of embryos animal husbandry it can be helpful to obtain deeper insights into regulatory mechanisms which are directing maturation oocytes on a molecular level. Recent observations have shown that protein synthesis mature (metaphase II stage) is impaired. Although possess stockpile mRNA at this stage development, translation these mRNAs repressed. It has been essential components cap dependent regulation (eIF4E, 4E-BP1) potentially could attend process. More recent investigation suggest factors probably not alone modulate rates during bovine oocytes. Therefore present study abundance and potential modifications another regulator translation, namely poly (A)-binding was analysed. This bind poly-(A)tails link them cap-binding complex eIF4F. By mechanism, should by synergetically stimulated. In study, we analysed (A) binding course meiotic elucidated expression isoforms or post translational 2D-Gelelectrophoresis.
