The diffusion of partially coherent beams in turbulent media

摘要: We study the spreading of rms spatial and angular characteristics partially coherent beams in turbulent media. The broadening a beam is shown to be diffusion-like. dynamics width found determined by interplay free-space diffraction diffusion. Our results indicate conditions under which are less sensitive distortions caused atmospheric turbulence than fully beams.
