摘要: Short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) can be produced by primary and waste activated sludge anaerobic fermentation. The yield product spectrum distribution of SCFAs significantly affected different initial pH values. However, most studies have focused on the physical chemical aspects SCFA production fermentation at Information bacterial community structures during acidogenic is limited. In this study, comparisons communities co-substrate food wastes sewage values were performed using barcoded Illumina paired-end sequencing method. results showed that environments harbored a characteristic community, including sequences related to Lactobacillus, Prevotella, Mitsuokella, Treponema, Clostridium, Ureibacillus. abundant operational taxonomic units in those carbohydrate-degrading bacteria, which are associated with constituents Further analyses organic matter fermentation, core microbiota composed Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes existed. Comparison revealed was pH, diverse shift communities.
