摘要: In this chapter, we briefly describe three major classes of quorum sensing (QS) systems as well the structural components, substrates, chaperones, signals and regulation type III secretion system (T3SS). addition, discuss current knowledge about regulatory network between QS T3SS, including examples controlling connection T3SS through regulator secondary metabolism (Rsm) system, GacS/GacA two-component signal transduction (TCSTS) other regulators, interrelationships among these systems. addition to modulation mechanisms, disease management strategies by targeting T3SS.
