摘要: Single doses (2, 4, or 8 mg/kg) of methylmercury dicyandiamide (MMD) were given ip to 129/SvS1 and A/J pregnant mice on days 6-13 gestation fetuses examined day 15 18. Results indicated that MMD (1) retarded growth in both strains; (2) stage development 129s; (3) was embryolethal teratogenic (brain, palate, facial defects) 129s when administered 9-13 but not 6-8; (4) As; (5) (palate jaw As injected 9-13. All the quantities measured found vary with treatment, dose, strain.
