摘要: In situ speciation of Cr(VI) and Cr(III) based on thermal separation electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) detection has been developed. The complexant 2-thenoyltrifluoracetone (TTA) was used to selectively react with Cr(III); the product Cr(III)–TTA complex vaporized at 400 °C, while quantitatively remains up a temperature 1200 °C subsequently detected by AAS. complexation reaction products volatile Cr–TTA were verified using electro-spray ionization high resolution quadrupole-Orbitrap-mass (ESI-HR-MS). concentration established calculating difference between total Cr (Cr(T)) concentrations. Under optimum experimental conditions, limits for Cr(T) are 0.046 μg L−1 0.039 L−1, RSDs 1.0 3.1% 2.8% (n = 5), respectively. accuracy this method validated testing two water standard reference materials (SRMs) chromium. proposed employed analysis drinking water. concentrations tap water, bottled well found be 1.41, 0.53 0.68 respectively, which is in good agreement values measured ion chromatographic ICP-MS. This throughput great potential screening species ultra-trace levels
