摘要: Systemic lupus erythematosus is the prototype for circulating immune complex disease. Immune deposition results in an activation of complement cascade with a subsequent vasculitis. Retinal lesions systemic closely parallel patient's general medical condition, occurring more frequently individuals cerebral and renal involvement. Although disease generally would be predicted to affect both eyes equally, involvement only one eye can occur. We studied patient evidence diffuse who had florid monocular vasculitis absence retinopathy other eye.
