摘要: The scarcity and high price of quinine during the last third nineteenth century motivated search for synthetic antipyretics. As a result, large number compounds were introduced into medicine which share with cinchona ability to produce antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects (Woodbury Fingl 1979). Of these, aspirin has become most widely used drug in world. Recently, there have been main reasons research this area. First, recognition value limitations adrenocorticosteroids long-term therapy inflammatory disorders. Second, new possibilities employing aspirin-like drugs prevention thromboembolic diseases.
