摘要: This work is an exploratory effort to address some key concepts about physical processes that influence the mobility, sedimentology and depositional mechanisms of pyroclastic density currents. The main particle support are critically reviewed their on discussed. behaviour currents discussed in light new models consider different typologies within a continuum spectrum spans from very dilute (fluid-dominated) concentrated (solid-dominated) flows. combination progressive aggradation en masse freezing proposed basis model takes into account stepwise discrete pulses develop single current stop when resisting bulk forces exceed driving ones. various types morphological settings obstacles mobility examined detail.
