摘要: Osteopontin (OPN) is thought to play multiple roles in the progression of atherosclerotic plaque including diabetic vascular complications. However, it still remains unclear whether level OPN vivo indeed clinically associated with This study evaluated levels plasma and urine are correlated complications, such as retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy patients type 2 diabetes. In 229 diabetes, was by both severity nephropathy, clinical characteristics substantial laboratory findings. Plasma increased significantly aging especially at stage renal failure (p<0.05). not related retinopathy or findings, HbA1c serum lipids. contrast, urinary complications any subjects. There no correlation between values OPN. The results established that elevated proportion indicating concentration may be a potential diagnostic predictor end-stage disease.
