摘要: Abstract : The study assesses the impact of various schedules incentive delivery (Schedules reinforcement) on performance and attitudes in an Air Force-related setting. Civilian subjects matching characteristics Force trainees were hired to work for four weeks, one week under each reinforcement: salary, fixed ratio, variable ratio-variable amount. author concludes that instituting cost-effective procedures computer managed training.
