摘要: CdTe and 1–5 wt% molybdenum-doped materials were prepared by ball milling method. Then the ball-milled samples deposited on a glass substrate at room temperature an electron beam evaporation The structural, optical, morphological, electrical, photo-response properties of Mo-doped (CdTe:Mo) investigated. exhibit cubic structure CdTe. X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) showed that films belong to with preferential growth along (111) plane. peak shift in lower side 2θ was observed due incorporation Mo into matrix. Surface morphology CdTe:Mo formation various agglomerated structures. Scanning microscope images depicted high dense grains film surface varying sizes as function concentration. optical bandgap increased from 1.38 1.54 eV raising concentration films. Enhanced absorption coefficients (~ 17 × 104 cm−1) for 3 4 wt% doped thin Hall measurement studies revealed (3 wt%) possesses low resistivity 34 × 103 Ω cm. p-type conduction. 0.088 AW−1 is film.
