摘要: Increasing evidence suggests a key role for the innate immune system in asthma development. Although of Natural Killer (NK) cells allergic is poorly known, modifications blood NK cell populations have been found asthmatic and/or patients. Their repartition and activation status inflammatory (lungs) regulatory (draining lymph nodes) sites reaction unknown. The aim our study was to monitor migration pattern investigate consequences depletion during airway mouse model. Ovalbumin sensitization challenges BALB/cByJ mice had no effect on total number lung but significantly decreased most mature increased level marker CD86. In lung-draining mediastinal nodes, ovalbumin led cells, more precisely, immature expression Ovalbumin-sensitized also exhibited percentage proliferating nodes. Anti-ASGM1 antibody treatment depleted bronchoalveolar lavage eosinophilia did not modify responsiveness. Altogether, shows that pulmonary induces modification compartment at may participate regulation response and, particularly, eosinophilia.
