摘要: We report a newly developed high speed 1050nm spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) system for imaging posterior segment of human eye. The is capable an axial resolution at ~10 µm in air, depth 6.1 mm sensitivity fall-off ~6 dB/3mm and 120,000 A-scans per second. experimentally demonstrate the system’s capability to perform phase-resolved dynamic blood flow within retina, indicating phase stability SDOCT system. Finally, we show example that uses this image eye with large view (10 × 9 mm2), providing detailed visualization microstructural features from anterior retina choroid. demonstrated parameters performances are comparable those typical 1 swept source OCT would deliver retinal imaging.
