摘要: Selected fractures around the knee are suitable for arthroscopic treatment. These include tibial plateau, eminence, patellar and femoral condyle with articular incongruity. Arthroscopic treatment offers advantages of minimal dissection disturbance blood supply, excellent visualization reduction, ability to treat concomitant intra-articular injuries cosmesis. The disadvantages need specialized instruments in some cases extended operative time. Not all amenable patient selection critical ensure a positive outcome.
