摘要: Abstract We have studied the magnetic properties of spin-frustrated compound Dy 2 Ti 2− x V O 7 single crystals. Bulk magnetization data show that ferromagnetic interaction enhances with increasing content V, resulting from interactions between and ions. It is also found ac susceptibility modestly doped samples ( ≤0.4) still keep ice state, demonstrating robustness spin ice. When concentration increases up to 0.5, more disorder on B site internal field associated 4+ ions would affect macroscopic ground-state degeneracy relieve frustration, leading disappearance occurrence a spin-glass-like transition. The system are related frustration local structural disorder.
