摘要: The structure and magnetic properties of Pr9+xFe73−x−yTiyCo10B4C4 (x=0,0.5,1,1.5; y=0,2) melt-spun ribbons have been investigated. All these consist mainly three phases, namely, 2:14:1, α-(Fe,Co), 2:17 phases. It was found that the grain size phases decreases with increasing Pr content. A small substitution Ti for Fe suppresses growth α-(Fe,Co) phase. intergranular exchange coupling remarkably increases substitution. For Ti-free Pr9+xFe73−xCo10B4C4 ribbons, Hci increases, Br decreases, but (BH)max nearly keeps invariable up to x=1.0, then slightly x. 9.1kG, 10.0kOe, 12.5MGOe were obtained in Pr10.5Fe71.5Co10B4C4. coercivity demagnetization-curve shape are substantially improved substitution, without a sacrifice remanence (except x=0). by large amount (∼5MGOe) (2at.%) titanium. 9.6kG, of...
