New Service Development for Electronic Services – A Literature Review

摘要: As the importance of services in our society increases, so does systematic approaches to develop these – commonly termed New Service Development (NSD). An increasing proportion are now electronic delivered over Internet. The purpose this article is derive a set key attributes that distinguish from non-electronic and their potential influence on NSD. These then used as framework for analyzing NSD literature with regards applicability development services. This analysis revealed several gaps research. In particular current methods not well equipped address rapidly changing nature specific cost structure found Moreover, suited fully exploit various advantages offer counterparts, particular, transparent feedback generated by service usage potentials continuous improvement rapid deployment changes.
