摘要: Glasshouse pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of Purpureocillium lilacinum PLSAU-1 (Pl) either alone or in combination with Glomus sp. (G) control southern root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita (Mi) Solanum melongena arsenic (AS)-contaminated soil. Root fragments maize seedlings applied 5 g roots containing approximately 200 G colonized root fragments/100 g potting soil and G 100 g rhizosphere 30 chlamydospores/g thoroughly mixed sterilized for treatment. Pl was at 5 × 106colony-forming units (CFU/g soil). AS solution added 50 mg kg−1. Sixteen treatments comprising single combined applications Pl, G, AS, Mi five replications pots randomly arranged glasshouse. Single nematode-free eggplant (30-days old) transplanted. Eggs inoculated 10000 eggs/seedling pot. Data recorded on gall index, plant growth parameters, N, P, K S uptake, uptake 2 months after transplantation. The application enhanced growth, leaf area, chlorophyll content, nutrients reduced toxicity. Gall index by 84.50% 51.72%, respectively G. We conclude that can be integrated as biological management tools against polluted vegetable growing areas.
