摘要: This chapter discusses how race and place are both significant in the examination of health inequities. Racial stratification often created maintained by dynamics. Place-based social, psychological, geographic, physical processes racialized which reinforce discrimination social disadvantage. examines residential segregation has important effects on well-being across between racial ethnic groups. We also describe displacement, experience temporary or permanent loss psychological serious implications for mental disparities. Finally, we discuss some ideas examples furthering conceptualization, methodology, measurement wellness research.
