摘要: Recent studies demonstrated that phylogenetically more diverse and abundant bacteria fungi than previously considered are responsible for denitrification in terrestrial environments. We herein examined the effects of land-use types on community composition those denitrifying microbes based their nitrite reductase gene (nirK nirS) sequences. These genes can be grouped into several clusters. used cluster-specific PCR primers to amplify nirK nirS belonging each cluster because most widely only a single cluster. found dominant taxa as well overall fungi, regardless they belonged to, differed according type. also identified distinguishing individual types, distribution which has not been characterized, such or forest soils, Rhodanobacter having nirK, Penicillium Bradyrhizobium nirS. results suggest management affects ecological constraints consequences environments through assembly distinct communities denitrifiers.
