摘要: Objective: To review evaluation literature concerning people, organizational, and social issues provide recommendations for future research. Method: Analyze this research make recommendations. Results Conclusions: Evaluation is key in identifying how - all crucial to system design, development, implementation, use interplay with informatics projects. Building on a long history of contributions using variety methods, researchers continue developing theories methods while producing significant interesting studies. We recommend that research: 1) Address concerns the many individuals involved or affected by applications. 2) Conduct studies different type size sites, scopes systems groups users. Do multi-site multisystem comparative 3) Incorporate into phases project. 4) Study failures, partial successes, changes project definition outcome. 5) Employ approaches take account shifting nature health care environments, do formative evaluations. 6) social, cultural, concomitant ethical mainstream medical informatics. 7) Diversify develop new approaches. 8) investigations at levels analysis. 9) Integrate findings from applications contextual settings, areas care, other disciplines, also work not published traditional outlets. 10) Develop test theory inform both further practice.
