Trichothecenes produced by Stachybotrys atra from Eastern Europe.

摘要: A total of 17 isolates Stachybotrys atra isolated from various parts Hungary and Czechoslovakia were grown on rice, the toxin production each isolate was analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Of isolates, 14 produced macrocyclic trichothecenes (satratoxins F, G, H, roridin E, verrucarin J) as well trichoverrols B. Most satratoxins G H in higher quantities than other trichothecenes. The yield (in milligrams) one 800 g rice follows: 12; satratoxin 10; 75; 100; trichoverrol A, 15; B, 30.
