摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a substance usable as anticancer agent or DDS, which has intracellular stability, capable evading side effects from functional disorder with respect normal cells, instantaneous effect. The inventors developed novel chimeric peptide targeting cancer cells overexpress EGFR like using binding such sequence EGFR, and lytic sequence, thereby solving object. Particularly, by including EGF receptor-binding cytotoxic peptide, this was solved.
