摘要: A Flash based memory (PH_MEM) comprising a translation layer (FTL) is described. The comprises first information associating logical address of file system (LG_MEM) with physical said flash (PH_MEM). emulates sectored storage medium and the sector start address. number stuffing bits (LSB) expanding size data (PSF) stored in such that expanded corresponds to an integer sectors (L_SEC) second address, depending on (LSB).
