摘要: As Internet usages expand quickly, access networks are modernized with new technologies like fiber-optic communications. However, upgrade costs prohibitive in sparsely populated areas, the latter turning notably towards satellite connection. Indeed, this technology allows deploying a high-throughput quickly these regions. Nevertheless, GEO satellites induce long delay, not experienced on terrestrial infrastructures despite their low throughput. In paper, we consider heterogeneous network both and path. This kind of architecture is known to be difficult operate because important differences between used technologies. The emerging MP-TCP transport protocol, whose design enables aggregate disparate paths properly, brought hopes for networks. it does take user Quality Experience (QoE) into account as focuses maximizing links occupancy. paper propose an intelligent path selector using content size maximize users QoE Before detailing method, describe able retrieve delivered contents thanks Content Delivery Network Interconnection (CDNI). Finally, implement testbed evaluate behavior proposed routing method. results show significant improvement delivery performance, outperforming MP-TCP.
