摘要: A class of thermoelectric compounds based on the skutterudite structure with heavy filling atoms in empty octants and substituting transition metals main-group atoms. High Seebeck coefficients low thermal conductivities are achieved combination large electrical these filled skutterudites for ZT values. Substituting methods disclosed to synthesize compositions desired properties. melting and/or sintering process powder metallurgy techniques is used fabricate new materials.
