摘要: Reduction in adsorption capacities of adsorbents is limiting its wider application for water treatment. In this study, we developed a new approach recycling diatomite to be used adsorbent. The laser scattering particle size analyzer, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy/energy-dispersive and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller analysis were evaluate the structural characteristics treated samples. efficacy raw heated at 300, 600 900 °C textile dyestuff removal from wastewater was investigated. characterization results show insignificant changes except some deconstructions occurred after treatment 900 °C. maximum obtained pH 2 adsorbent dosage 4 g L−1. required time reach equilibrium 30 min, 600 °C acted as an excellent kinetic studies better described by pseudo-second-order model. isotherms experimental data showed that dye onto diatomite, DH300 DH600 follows isotherm model, but DH900 conforms well Freundlich Recycling using thermal useful. At which considered best regeneration temperature, adsorbed completely despaired, around 73% restored three cycles.
