摘要: The influence of chamber saturation in thin-layer chromatography on theoretical and experimental parameters mixture separations were examined. Five different types chambers for development chromatograms taken into consideration. relation found experimentally differed widely from that calculated using Ościk's equation method carrying out the chromatographic process. investigations presented here show possibility choosing which are optimum studies process chromatography.
