Contribuição ao estudo do puerpério de vacas leiteiras através de acompanhamento clínico-reprodutivo e determinação de progesterona pelo radioimunoensaio

摘要: O trabalho foi desenvolvido utilizando-se 18 vacas leiteiras recem-paridas, da bacia leiteira de Curitiba (PR). Os animais eram semanalmente examinados por palpacao retal e aspectos involucao uterina atividade ovariana verificados. inicio dos exames ocorreu em torno do 7o dia pos-parto (p.p.) estendeu-se ate o 49o. Concomitantemente foram colhidas amostras leite ordenha matinal a cada quatro dias, para posterior determinacao progesterona, iniciando-se no 9o p.p. estendendo-se 7a semana. As dosagens progesterona (P4) magro realizadas pelo radioimunoensaio (RIA) fase solida. achados pesquisa revelaram que menor concentracao P4 detectada 0,01 ng/ml maior 3,64 ng/ml, 1o estro 28,5o deteccao corpo luteo (CL) teve lugar 34,5o dia, intervalo entre 1a elevacao luteal media 5,5 parto/involucao deu-se 24,1o gerou periodo dominância apenas 11,5 dias CL 1,9 silencioso 61,1% casos percentual anestro durante 33,3%.
