摘要: The Bank has been involved in a number of urban upgrading projects over the last three decades, which have demonstrated that quality life slums can be improved through realistic policies, investments and implementation processes. This note reviews community-driven development (CDD) World Bank-assisted projects. identifies how CDD approaches applied such review focuses on small sample adopt approaches, draws from combination desk interviews with relevant Task Team Leaders. It briefly describes projects, their concludes by highlighting emerging issues for future discussion.
