摘要: An emulsion of a mixture alkane in water has been elaborated for thermal energy storage and transport. Investigations on heat transfer inside sample the an agitated tank during cooling phase are presented. The variation temperature as function time shows stabilisation below melting which is interpreted supercooling phenomenon. results found good agreement with experimental data obtained by using calorimetric method. A theoretical expression proposed to simulate behaviour permits predicting duration plateau crystallisation. compare very well data, thus giving new impulse design complex fluids both
