摘要: An integrated system and method is provided for processing a service request installation, maintenance or repair of local loop maintained by telecommunications company providing locally switched to customer premise. The includes computer network that allows inputting information; generating based upon information associated with the loop; assigning an available appointment time requested updated indicating availability qualified outside technicians; dispatching technician premise at before assigned install facilities replace special line conditioning termination equipment interface when loss not acceptable level service, completion input tasks performed establish working including whether was installed replaced; completing once established; storing relating services premise; creating updating stored in memory means completed request.
