摘要: Prolonged exposure in humans to a microgravity environment can lead significant loss of bone and muscle mass, cardiovascular sensory-motor deconditioning, hormonal changes. These adaptive changes weightlessness present formidable obstacle human exploration space, particularly for missions requiring travel times several months or more, such as on trip Mars. Countermeasures that address each these body systems separately show only limited success. One possible remedy this situation is artificial gravity, because it tackles all across the board.
