Post-disaster Policy Decision Making and the Prospects of Human Rights --- The Case of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant Accident

摘要: The day of 11 March 2011 will be sadly remembered in the history rise and nuclear power since its discovery a couple centuries ago due to Fukushima Daiichi Power Plant accident, third series colossal accidents after 'Three Mile Island' (USA) 'Chernobyl' (Ukraine, former Soviet Union).
