摘要: The day of 11 March 2011 will be sadly remembered in the history rise and nuclear power since its discovery a couple centuries ago due to Fukushima Daiichi Power Plant accident, third series colossal accidents after 'Three Mile Island' (USA) 'Chernobyl' (Ukraine, former Soviet Union). Each these reminded international community risk inherent technology, however, demand for so called clean energy assertive approach industry continued push forward proliferation technology generation. Five years down line despite government efforts normalize situation, apprehensions about evacuees' resettlement, economic uplift, political stability, governance fulfillment human rights including health consequences radiation from fall out on affected population workers, still linger on. This paper provides an account post-disaster multi-faceted issues challenges that came wake disaster during period 2011-2016 as seen through lens media assessed prospects rights. policy analysis is framed within scope UN 'Bill Rights' four thematic areas: natural/fundamental liberties, socio-economic perspective, development, technological environmental legal perspective.
