摘要: Members of the Swi/Snf family chromatin-remodeling complexes play critical roles in transcriptional control. Recent studies have made significant advances our understanding fundamental aspects complexes, including specific subunits, repression transcription, and mechanism remodeling. In addition, new findings also indicate an important role for Swi/Snf-related complex, RSC, controlling gene expression.
