摘要: The purpose of this paper is to evaluate successful and unsuccessful examples siting building biosafety level 4 (BSL-4) facilities in North America. shows that well thought-out risk communication strategies, are proactive nature, needed counteract both public trust negative media amplification. suggests such which combine tools including briefings, fora, focus groups, tours the proposed facility, open frequent with as much possible do work.
