摘要: In the work, PFN ceramics were obtained by a one-step synthesis. The modio ed with help of potassium incorporated in an amount 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 4.0% and 6.0 mol%. Effects dopant on crystal structure, microstructure main properties studied. It has been shown that heterovalence doping 2.0-4.0 had positive effect density microstructural homogeneity ceramic samples. Such admixture limited formation non-ferroelectric (pirochlore) phase during technological process. Measurements dielectric doped compositions have causes decrease maximum permittivity reduces slightly degree blur transition. There is also increase loss electrical conductivity. was no clear trend additive basic parameters ceramics.
