摘要: A sequential procedure for the method of development fingerprints based on a uniform design approach has been described in this paper. The is used to reach global optimum separation. illustrated through developing fingerprint Ginkgo biloba extract by capillary electrophoresis (CE) with diode array detection (DAD). local overlap index (LOVI) proposed as criterion evaluate separation quality two-dimensional hyphenated data optimization process. successful application techniques, including procedure, CE-DAD and LOVI criterion, shows their practicality herbal medicines. However, some critical remarks use can also be made.
