摘要: The number and type of isoforms superoxide dismutase (SOD) their activities were compared in mitochondria peroxisomes isolated from cotyledons three different oilseed seedlings. Mitochondrial peroxisomal SOD could be distinguished nondenaturing polyacrylamide gels by differential sensitivities to KCN and/or H2O2. was not the same for each organelle species. For example, a single Mn–SOD found cotton cucumber mitochondria, whereas four CuZn–SODs present sunflower. At least one CuZn–SOD isoform all Cucumber contained both Mn–SOD, CuZn–SOD, whilst separate CuZn–SODs, but no sunflower peroxisomes. Using antibodies against watermelon or chloroplasts Equisetum, polypeptide c. 16·5 kDa detected on immunoblots fractions Post-embedment, electron-microscopic double immunogold-labelling showed that with malate synthase used as marker enzyme peroxisomes, localized matrix these organelles These results suggest is characteristic cotyledons.
