摘要: Translation initiation factor eIF4E exerts an important role during infection of viral species in the family Potyviridae. Particularly, a eIF(iso)4E member is required for Arabidopsis thaliana susceptibility to Turnip mosaic virus, Lettuce and Tobacco etch virus (TEV). In addition, resistance mechanism named restriction TEV movement (RTM) A. controls systemic spread Col-0 ecotype. Here, we describe that TEV-TAMPS, Mexican isolate, overcomes RTM reported TEV-7DA ecotype but depends on its spread. To understand at which level participates TEV-TAMPS infection, RNA replication translation were measured. The absence or overexpression did not affect translation, was still observed eIF(iso)4E. However, completely abolished null mutant. protein genome-linked (VPg) precursor NIa found coimmunoprecipitated complexes with both, eIF4E. coat (CP) only present complexes. Since both VPg CP proteins are needed spread, propose within this host.
