摘要: Nanostructures have been the focus of considerable interest for solar energy conversion in areas renewable green sources as well environmental remediation due to their unique physicochemical properties. Here we highlight recent efforts on developing new materials with a one-dimensional homogeneous and heterogeneous nanowires. We first outline challenges strategies develop highly efficient stable semiconductor conversion, then discuss potential advantages progress exploring structures. will particularly our discussion photovoltaic performance various nanowire materials. Lastly, perspectives further improving efficiency stability system using nanowires applications be discussed.
