摘要: Electric and magnetic properties are investigated for La2CuO4. The of this material quite sensitive to the stoichiometry compounds, such as oxygen deficiency. most stoichiometric sample is semiconducting at low temperatures, exhibiting a marked increase in resistivity with ρ(10 K)/ρ(100 K)104. susceptibility weakly paramagnetic (~10-7 emu/g) over wide temperature range shows cusp 250 K. indicates an electronic instability, probably formation spin-density-wave, taking place material.
