摘要: Tissue microstructure characterization is a valuable tool in diagnosis and staging of many diseases. In this study, we propose photoacoustic Nakagami statistics method to noninvasively evaluate the number density random microstructure. The parameters are acquired by fitting signal envelope histogram with distribution function. Theoretical calculations phantom experiments demonstrate that shape parameter only related monotonically increases density. Based on finding, tomography modality imaging contrast parameter. Experiments show proposed can provide more comprehensive accurate description tissue
