摘要: Polymer beads, particularly supermacroporous play important roles in biotechnological applications, such as their application adsorbents bioseparation processes and used carriers immobilization of cells or/and enzymes. In this study, polyacrylamide (pAAm) based cryogel beads were prepared via an inverse suspension polymerization method at low temperature (<0°C). Standard porous also room for comparison. The results showed that the diameter range 50–400 μm some irregular large pores 3–90 diameter, which had good biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, high porosity connected pores.
